I am having trouble putting the height adjusting pin in or my industrial wheel kit is locked.

The Platform needs lubrication! We recommend using lemon Endust or WD-40 in the hole of the height adjusting pin. We try to lube up every platform that leaves our plant, but if one gets out without being properly lubricated then it makes it difficult to put the pin in because it is metal rubbing on metal.

If your industrial wheel kit will not break and stays up when you step on the platform – LUBRICATE it! Sometimes a new wheel kit can stick a little but if you spray lemon Endust or WD-40 on the wheel kit it will work properly.
